VITA shade guide. Classic color A4 of opaque powder will be used after first fired washing
opaque, helping to cover the color of metal. You can build the teeth by this classic color A4
opaque powder once or twice depanding on the labs technicans. Even you can print this
classic color A4 of opaque powder directly without washing opaque when you use nickel
chrome porcelain with Be. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our opaque powder instead of
others, because of the good quality and color. You will be surprised at the quite prefect
bonding strength of this paste opaque.
The Firing Schedule of A4 Opaque Powder:
1. Preheat Temp: 600℃
2. Drying Time: 2 min
3. Heat Time: 6 min
4. Final Temp: 930℃
5. Holding Time: 1 min
6. Vacuum Start: 600℃
7. Vacuum Time: 6 min
The Characteristics of A4 Opaque Powder:
- Cover the color of metal quite well, no yellowrish.

- No bubbles and cracks on the surface of opaque after firing.

- Very easy for using, especially for new staff.
